It was our first time renting and she answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease. The leasing office lady named Linda handled everything for us, she was amazing, great personality, super patient and nice. It was only by chance that we decided to view the Graham Properties and ended up taking a tour of all of them on a Saturday, after looking at how well the units are maintained, how good the schools are and how nice the people were, we decided to stretch our budget a bit and go for The Residences and boy were we right. Me and my wife were looking at the Doral area and also at some high rises close to downtown. I work at the port of Miami and was looking for something closer to avoid a long commute. Love our experience with Angel very nice and professional.

But If there goal was to lose residents fast they’ve got the perfect property manager with Selene. I don’t know why Graham Residential is always moving their staff around. My wife called the next day to ask about month to month process as we prepared to depart and before she can ask a question the manager jumped the gun and told her she already spoke to her husband and she said I already said no. I then told her on that merit we will no longer renew. It would be beneficial for everyone if we stayed. For the amount of money we paid to live there that concession was a drop in the bucket. But they had to draft a contract for us the following day and We missed the renewal concession by one day and I called and pleaded with her. Which i believe if they were intending on keeping residents the contract should be readily available. I signed to renew the night of the deadline but for whatever reason the contract has to be prepared by the office prior to signing the actual contract. I believe she just didn’t have the temperament or personality to deal with residents of Luxury community. when they changed the property manager (Selene Alberto). When we moved in the property management was phenomenal when (Joy Fichera) was property manager. Maintenance was top notch! Didn’t have many issues but any issues were fixed same day or next day. I dont know if Ill ever be able live without them.Ībsolutely loved living here. lol! Seline and the rest of the property management team and maintenance staff have completely spoiled me rotten. The only thing missing is housekeeping and room service. And when the adults meet at the pool it feels like a party. That sense of community and the strong sense of security we feel creates a wonderful environment where the children who live here all know each other and play together. Its a small, cozy property that lends to a real sense of community I havent experienced anywhere else in South Florida. Our community is constantly being maintained and cleaned so it looks very much like it did the day we moved in. And the communication with the tenants is superb. Every request or concern is addressed at record speed. I still dont want to leave! The property management team is second to none. Ive been here for over 5 years and was only planning on renting for 1-2 years max. The gate may have its issues, but ihave you ever lived at a community where the gate is functioning 100% 24/7? I havent either so its not a big deal. Maintenance has taken care of my maintenance requests in a timely manner, as well.Neighborhood is pretty quiet and the perfect place to come home to after a long day at work. My balcony is large enough to fit a swinging egg chair. There are apparently 2 Stephanies - I dont know her last name lol but special shout out to the one in the main office when you enter is also super sweet and did my move-in orientation.Good service in property management is hard to come by and these ladies are the best. Stainless steel appliances, carpet only in the bedroom and a deep soaking tub. I snagged one of their last 1 bedrooms and its super spacious with plenty of storage including a storage space on my patio. Plenty of parking.I toured originally with Adriana who was super sweet. Ive been here about 4 - 5 months and have nothing but good things to say.
